I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

NEW ZEALAND EDUCATION HOLDINGS BEACH LIMITED (6186332) – to amend an update of shares and particulars of shareholding dated 10 October 2025 at 8.10pm. The effect of the correction will be to record an increase of 2,952,954 shares, resulting in a total of 10,141,065 shares on issue, and that the sole shareholder, Student Accommodation NZ Holdings Limited (5805356), will be recorded as holding all 10,141,065 shares.

1. To remove a particulars of shareholding dated 14 May 2025.
2. To submit amended annual returns for 2025.
