1. Members of the public are notified that on 5 March 2024 an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of HENNESSY GRADING SYSTEMS LIMITED was filed in the High Court at Auckland under CIV-2024-404-428.
2. The order sought voids a resolution to sell its business to HENNESSY GRADING SYSTEMS LIMITED and/or seeks payment of compensation from Hennessy Technology Limited or from the common director of both companies.
3. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 17 November 2025 at 10.00am.
4. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
5. The plaintiff is John Hougham Abrahamson and June Helene Abrahamson and Peter Jamieson Kumnick as trustees and executors of the Estate of Ada Nelsie Gillington, whose address for service is 1549B Poihipi Road, Taupo 3377.
