Section 101 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008

Take notice that I propose to restore the following limited partnerships to the register on the application of the person named below. I am satisfied that the following limited partnerships were at the time of deregistration either carrying on business and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence.

EASTMERE INVESTMENT NO. 3 LP (2691735). Applicant: Brenda Galingan Middleton, PO Box 5353, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142.
