Public Notice of Amalgamation

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

KLMOS FINANCE LIMITED (Company Number: 605954) and OSBROZ LIMITED (Company Number: 1680793)

KLMOS FINANCE LIMITED and OSBROZ LIMITED are each referred to in this notice as an “Amalgamating Company” and together the “Amalgamating Companies”.

The board of each Amalgamating Company hereby gives notice that the Amalgamating Companies propose to amalgamate and continue as KLMOS FINANCE LIMITED.

The board of each Amalgamating Company gives notice that:

1. copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of either of the Amalgamating Companies, or any person to whom either of the Amalgamating Companies is under an obligation, at the registered office of the Amalgamating Companies at BW Miller Dean Limited, Level 9, 94 Dixon Street, Te Aro, Wellington 6011; and
2. a shareholder or creditor of either of the Amalgamating Companies, or any person to whom either of the Amalgamating Companies is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the Amalgamating Companies.
