Pursuant to Section 101 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008

Take notice that I propose to restore the following limited partnership to the Register on the application of the person named below. I am satisfied that this limited partnership was at the time of deregistration either carrying on business and there is a proper reason for it to continue in existence.
