I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below or otherwise adjusting the Register.

1. Remove the particulars of shareholding dated 27 June 2025.

The effect being Marcus John Clemitson held 30,000 shares on incorporation, and his shares increased to 1,800,000 after a conversion/subdivision of shares.

1. To enter a particulars of shareholding dated 16 September 2024. The effect being Cole Joseph Lucas and G & A Trustee 12 Limited jointly hold 599 shares.
2. Submit amended annual returns for 2024.
