1. Members of the public are notified that on 6 June 2025 an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of F & F MEZZANINE LIMITED was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
2. The order sought is an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 for:
1. An order that the defendant company buy out the plaintiff’s shares.
2. An order for compensation by the defendant company to the plaintiff.
3. Any other order the Court thinks just.
3. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 31 July 2025 at 10.00am.
4. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
5. The plaintiff is Tong Ling Limited, whose address for service is at Fraundorfer Limited, at Harrington house, Level 6, 34 Harington Street, Tauranga 3114, New Zealand.
