I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below or otherwise adjusting the Register.

JANOME NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (102679) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Enter a particulars of director dated 1 August 2023.
2. Register a director consent form to be dated 1 August 2023.
3. Enter a particulars of director dated 2 September 2024.
4. Submit amended annual returns for 2023 and 2024.

The effect being Shinichiro Seki was appointed a director on 1 August 2023 and ceased to be a director on 2 September 2024.

LI CREAMERY LIMITED (3058606) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Remove one of the three appointments of liquidator dated 13 June 2025 at 11.54am.
2. Remove two vacations of liquidator dated 16 June 2025.

The effect being the removal of Gareth Russel Hoole’s appointment as liquidator, as his appointment was made in error.
