I intend to rectify the Overseas Limited Partnerships Register in terms of section 61(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 in relation to the following overseas limited partnership on the application of the following person, by deregistering the overseas limited partnership from the Register as noted below.

HELIOS CONSORTIUM LLP (50201433) – to deregister the overseas limited partnership as the applicant advised it was incorrectly registered on the Register (but it has correctly been registered as an overseas company on the overseas companies register under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993).

Unless an objection is received, HELIOS CONSORTIUM LLP will be deregistered as an overseas limited partnership after the objection period has expired.
