I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below or otherwise adjusting the Register.

SMARTRADE LIMITED (1301326) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To remove three particulars of shareholding dated 16 July 2024 and 8 March 2024. The effect being Lin Lin holds 160 shares, Yajan Hu holds 160 shares, and Yiwei Hu holds 80 shares.
2. To submit amended annual returns for 2024.
