Pursuant to section 383(5) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Vanessa Cook, Deputy Registrar of Companies, hereby give notice that by order of the High Court at Christchurch, Michael Benny Le Roy is permanently prohibited from being a director or promoter of, or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned or taking part in the management of, a company, pursuant to section 383(1)(a), (ba), (bb), and (1A) of the Companies Act 1993, except by further order of the Court.

This order took effect from 29 April 2025.
