Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Companies Register
Take notice that I propose to restore the following company to the Register on the application of the person’s name below.
BPE TRUSTEES (NO.1) LIMITED. Applicant: Quentin Stobart Haines Unit 3, 97 Honi Taipua Street, RD 31, Manakau 5573.
I am satisfied that this company was at the time of removal either carrying on business and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence or were party to legal proceedings, or were in receivership/liquidation, or the grounds for removal did not exist.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by 16 June 2025 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
