I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

SUPA KARTS (2016) LIMITED (5910885) – Rectification shall comprise the following:

1. To remove the appointment of liquidator dated 6 January 2025.
2. To change the company status of SUPA KARTS (2016) LIMITED from “in liquidation” to “Registered.”
3. To remove the historical record of SUPA KARTS (2016) LIMITED. The effect being that the company has never been put into liquidation under section 241 of Companies Act 1993.
4. To remove the particulars of company address dated 6 January 2025. The effect being the Registered Office Address, Address for Service and Address for Communication remains as “91 Buchan Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand.”
