PUMP HIRE LIMITED and NZPGS LIMITED
Notice is given that PUMP HIRE LIMITED (Company Number: 1576872) and NZPGS LIMITED (Company Number: 8212205), being the amalgamating companies (“Amalgamating Companies”), propose to amalgamate with effect from 31 May 2025 and continue as PUMP HIRE LIMITED.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of each of the Amalgamating Companies, or any person to whom each of the Amalgamating Companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies, as set out below:

NZPGS LIMITED, Unit 10, 42 Ormiston Road, Otara, Auckland, 2019.
A shareholder or creditor of each of the Amalgamating Companies, or any person to whom each of the Amalgamating Companies are under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the Amalgamating Companies.
