Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register by Transfer of Incorporation to Other Jurisdiction

DABUS HOLDINGS LIMITED hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Act, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Panama.
