Notice of Intention to Correct Register

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

ALL MOTORS TURANGI LIMITED (2310618) – the appointment of Mohammed Jan as liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Act was made in error. Notice of the appointment of liquidator (28 March 2025) will be removed. The company will be returned to a registered status. Particulars of company address (28 March 2025) will be deleted, and correct addresses shown.
