Notice of Intention to Restore Companies to the Companies Register
Take notice that I propose to restore the following company to the register on the application of the person named below.
KJR CORPORATE TRUSTEE LIMITED. Applicant: Kylee Rich, 28 John Burke Drive, Aotea, Porirua 5024.
I am satisfied that the company was at the time of removal either carrying on business and there is a proper reason for it to continue in existence.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by 14 April 2025, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
