Pursuant to section 517(1) of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, His Honour Justice Downs made an order on 13 February 2025 prohibiting Rangi Wyatt Stephen Savage, for a period of six years, from:

1. Being a director or promoter of an entity (other than an overseas company, or other entity, that does not carry on business in New Zealand).
2. Being in any way concerned in the management of an entity (other than an overseas company, or other entity, that does not carry on business in New Zealand).
3. Taking part in the management of an entity (other than an overseas company, or other entity, that does not carry on business in New Zealand).
