Public Notice of Amalgamation

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that MIRAMAR SUPERMARKET LIMITED (Company Number: 1208875) and MIRAMAR SUPERMARKET (2025) LIMITED (Company Number: 9317394), being the amalgamating companies (“Amalgamating Companies”), propose to amalgamate with effect from 31 March 2025 and continue as MIRAMAR SUPERMARKET LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of each of the Amalgamating Companies, or any person to whom each of the Amalgamating Companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies, as set out below:

MIRAMAR SUPERMARKET LIMITED, 48–56 Miramar Avenue, Miramar, Wellington 6022.

MIRAMAR SUPERMARKET (2025) LIMITED, 48–56 Miramar Avenue, Miramar, Wellington 6022.

A shareholder or creditor of each of the Amalgamating Companies, or any person to whom each of the Amalgamating Companies are under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the Amalgamating Companies.
