1. Amend the Particulars of Shareholdings dated 29 May 2024 at 3.35pm to reduce Rangatira Limited’s shareholding from 91,795 shares to 55,824 shares as they were incorrectly recorded.
2. Submit an amended annual return.
3. Submit an updated extensive shareholders list.
