Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 239AU and Schedule 5 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the combined first creditor meeting and watershed meeting of the company will be held at online on 1 December 2025 at 3.00pm online via AVL. An AVL will be sent to all interested parties and on request.

Agenda

Creditors of the company should resolve upon of the following agenda:

• To consider the administrators’ report and opinion regarding the business, affairs and financial circumstances of the company.
• For the creditors of the company to consider and vote on whether the company should be placed into liquidation and whether the administration should end.
• For creditors to vote on the deed of company arrangement being put forward.
• To vote on the formation of a creditor committee.
• Any other business that may lawfully be brought forward.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote in person, online or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote. Proxy/voting forms should be received by the administrators no later than 3.00pm on 27 November 2025.

The administrators intend to hold a joint meeting of the related companies in accordance with section 239AL of the Act. A creditor may object to a joint meeting by sending written notice to the administrator’s postal or email address by 3.00pm on 27 November 2025.
