Notice of Meeting of Creditors

In accordance with section 245(1)(b)(iii) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the company will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, 20 November 2025 at 10.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is for creditors of the company to vote for, against or abstain on the following resolutions:

1. it is resolved that creditors’ committee be appointed; and
2. it is resolved that the appointment of Daniel Stoneman and Neale Jackson as the company’s liquidators is confirmed.
