Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

The Companies Act 1993 Section 239AU(1)(b)

We, Stephen Speers Keen (IP#159) and Malcolm Russell Moore (IP#42), refer to our appointment as administrators of the company on 2 October 2025 pursuant to part 15A, section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting will be held at Grant Thornton NZ Limited, Level 4, 152 Fanshawe Street, Auckland on Thursday, 6 November 2025 at 2.00pm. If you would like to attend the meeting, please email sarah.mccombe@nz.gt.com to register your attendance.

The purpose of the watershed meeting is for the creditors of the company to resolve either:

1. that the company execute a deed of company arrangement; or
2. the company be put into liquidation; or
3. the administration should be terminated.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote. Stephen Keen will be authorised to receive and count postal votes in relation to that meeting.
