Notice of Meeting of Creditors to Consider Termination of Deed of Company Arrangement and (if Resolved) Appoint Liquidators

A meeting of creditors of KAHURANGI ESTATE DISTRIBUTION LIMITED will be held at Tides Hotel, 66 Trafalgar Street, The Wood, Nelson 7010 on Thursday, 6 November 2025 at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to terminate the deed of company arrangement dated 5 August 2024 (as amended on 24 April 2025); and
2. Decide whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
