The resolution being:
Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Wellington, be removed as the liquidator of the company and be replaced by Gareth Hoole and Ray Cox of Auckland.
Voting entitlements are conferred on only those creditors who have filed the prescribed claim/proof of debt form and whose claim has been admitted in whole or in part by the liquidator for payment or voting purposes.
