Notice of Joint Watershed Meeting

Pursuant to Sections 239AT AND 239AU(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that a joint watershed meeting of the creditors of the companies, will be held (in accordance with section 239AL of the Act) at BDO Auckland, Level 4 BDO Centre, 4 Graham Street, Auckland and online via a Microsoft Teams meeting for those who RSVP to attend online (details below) at 2.30pm on Wednesday, 24 September 2025.

If any creditor wishes to object to the joint meeting they must submit their objections to the administrators to the address detailed below to be received no later than 2.30pm on Monday 22 September 2025. Unless any creditor objects in accordance with this notice, all creditors will be taken to have agreed to the joint meeting. Notwithstanding that the watershed meeting may be a joint meeting, voting on the resolutions will be conducted separately for each of the companies.

Creditors may also attend online (Microsoft Teams) by giving notice to bri.akl@bdo.co.nz before, 2.30pm on Monday, 22 September 2025.

The business to be dealt with at the joint meeting is for creditors to:

• consider the administrators’ report and opinion about the companies business, property, affairs and financial circumstances.
• consider and vote on whether the administrations should end for each of the companies.
• consider and vote on whether each of the companies should be placed into liquidation.
• any other business that may lawfully be brought forward.
