Watershed Meeting of Creditors

A ‘watershed meeting’ of creditors will be held on Wednesday, 9 July 2025 at 10.30am at the Lorenzo Room, 43 Trafalgar Street, Nelson.

Purpose of Meeting

1. Resolve to execute a deed of company arrangement; or
2. Resolve that the administration should end; or
3. Resolve to appoint a liquidator.
