Notice to Creditors Fixing Date by Which Claims Must be Made

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Liquidation Regulations 1994

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on 26 March 2020.

Most claims in the liquidation relate to the supply by the company of defective Whitecap branded roofing underlay to retailers from late 2015 to mid-2018. The company may have had other customers who on sold this defective product but were unaware of any problems at the date of liquidation.

We had previously fixed 10 December 2021 as the date creditors were to make claims. This is a final notice that we now fix 11 July 2025 as the date on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
