Notice of Meeting of Creditors to Vary Deed of Company Arrangement

Pursuant to Section 239ADF of the Companies Act 1993

A meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Tides Hotel, 66 Trafalgar Street, The Wood, Nelson 7010 on Thursday, 24 April 2025 at 12.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to vary the deed of company arrangement approved by creditors at the watershed meeting of creditors of 17 July 2024; and
2. Decide whether the company should be placed into liquidation.

Please note that postal ballots and proxies must be received by the administrators no later than Tuesday, 22 April 2025 at 5.00pm.
