Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies, on 7 March 2025 appointed Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, jointly and severally as liquidators.

In accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named companies will accordingly be held by video link on 4 April 2025, at 11.00am.

A link to the Microsoft Teams Meeting and voting instructions will be provided to all known creditors of the companies.

Creditor votes should be made on the voting platform prior to 11.00am on 2 April 2025 and will not be accepted at the meeting.

Voting is by postal vote only.

1. To confirm the appointment of the liquidators
2. To appoint a Creditors Committee, if so decided
3. To receive the views of creditors and to discuss other matters.
