Notice of Meeting of Creditors and Shareholders

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on 18 December 2024 at 10.52am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of an audio-visual link (Zoom) on 25 March 2025 at 10.00am. A registration link can be obtained from the liquidators.

The purpose of the meeting is to agree to the establishment of a liquidation committee.
