Notice is given under section 161(1)(a) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of an application under section 155 for record of title based on adverse possession on the grounds set out below.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted on or before 6 November 2025. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.

Application: Application 13055979.1 by Guy Gordon Ramsay for land at 59 Ann Street, Dunedin, being 3.06 square metres more or less and being part Lot 2 LT 600215 in Record of Title OT8A/1296 in the Otago Land District owned by Eion Sinclair Edgar and Charles Edward Lloyd as executors.

Grounds: The applicant claims to have been in continuous adverse possession of the land for 23 years.
