Notice is given under section 7(1) of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963 of the following application for a record of title based on possession made under section 3 of the Act.

Application 11614467.1 by James Pouwharetapu Hunia, Wynyard Kirihi Hunia, Jon Muriwhenua Hunia, Morris Hunia and Sharon Hunia for the 1/3 share of Kohi Muriwhenua Kewene in 4.0418 hectares more or less, for land at 5506 Kawhia Road, Kawhia being Kawhia R2B1A Block contained in Record of Title SA10D/1223 in the South Auckland Land Registration District. The applicants claim to have been in continuous and undisputed possession of the land for over 31 years from 13 June 1987.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 8 of the Act to forbid the application from being granted before 19 September 2025. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests determined.
