Land Acquired for Stormwater Drainage, Water Supply, Walkway and Cycleway Purposes, Land Set Apart for Exchange Purposes—28 and 48 Appleby Highway, Richmond, Tasman District

Pursuant to the section 20 Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand declares that pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into:

The land described in the First Schedule is acquired for stormwater drainage purposes and shall vest in the Tasman District Council; and
The land described in the Second Schedule is acquired for stormwater drainage, walkway and cycleway purposes and shall vest in the Tasman District Council, and
The land described in the Third Schedule is acquired for stormwater drainage, water supply, walkway and cycleway purposes and shall vest in the Tasman District Council, and
The land described in the Fourth Schedule is acquired for water supply purposes and shall vest in the Tasman District Council, and
The land described in the Fifth Schedule is acquired for cycleway, walkway and water supply purposes and shall vest in the Tasman District Council; and
The land described in the Sixth Schedule is set apart for exchange purposes

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
