Pursuant to section 561 of the Education and Training Act 2020, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Brian Mitchell, Group Manager – Ownership, Leasing and Treaty Settlements | School Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice:

  1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is No Longer Needed for Education Purposes
  2. This notice shall come into force on 11 February 2025.
