Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserve Land for Other Land

Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Turangi, Department of Conservation (as authorised delegate for the Minister of Conservation), authorises the exchange of local purpose (drainage) reserve, described in the First Schedule to this notice for the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice.
