Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

1. Pursuant to section 114(1) the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Kaikoura District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 116(1) the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and pursuant to section 117(3) for the land to be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 411518.
