Declaration of Reclassification of Coastal Reserves—Wellington City

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Wellington City Council hereby gives notice that, pursuant to resolutions passed at its ordinary meeting 28 August 2025 and pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the reserves described in the First Schedule to this notice are reclassified from their current classified reserve purposes to their new reclassified reserve purposes specified, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
