Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minster for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for landfill management purposes, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and shall vest in the Waitaki District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
