Declaration that Land is Reserve, Classification of Land as Reserve, Reclassification of Reserves, and Declaration of Renaming of Reserve—Coastal and Outer Green Belt Reserves, Wellington City

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Wellington City Council hereby gives notice that, pursuant to resolutions passed at its ordinary meeting on 22 August 2019 and 28 August 2025, and:

pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared to be reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and for the reserve classification purposes specified;
pursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the reserves described in the Second Schedule to this notice are classified for the reserve classification purposes specified, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977;
pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977 the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is declared to be given the name specified, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the reserves described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice are reclassified from their current classified reserve purposes to their new reclassified reserve purposes specified, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977;
