Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Central Otago District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), the land described:
1. in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 170533 subject to mortgage instrument 11385107.6, and
2. in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title OT12A/127.
