Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 and pursuant to a resolution made on 30 July 2025 and acting under an instrument of delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Central Otago District Council hereby declares the land:

1. described in the First Schedule hereto, subject to any existing encumbrance lien or interest, to be Local Purpose (Accessway) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
2. described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to any existing encumbrance lien or interest, to be Recreation Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
