Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 and pursuant to a resolution (file number 584753) on 6 July 2022 and acting under an instrument of delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Central Otago District Council hereby declares the land, described in the Schedule hereto, to be a local purpose (amenity) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
