Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

1. pursuant to section 114 of the Act the land in the First Schedule is declared road and shall vest in the Whangarei District Council; and
2. pursuant to section 119 of the Act the land in the Second Schedule is taken as severance and vested in Whangarei District Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
