Declaration that Marginal Strip is Not Required
Pursuant to section 24B(4)(b) of the Conservation Act 1987, and on behalf of the Minister of Conservation, the Director Regional Operations, Eastern South Island, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the marginal strip requirements set out in section 24 of the Act shall not apply in the case of the disposition of the land required in connection with electricity works as specified in the Schedule.
