Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 52(4) shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
