Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated, pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, with the land held in Record of Title 1078200, subject to Mortgages 10565720.3 and 12035423.3, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
