Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Martin Carter, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is thereby acquired for local purpose reserve (public utility) and shall vest in the Southland District Council from the date of publication of this notice.
