Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect being entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for land drainage purposes subject to Caveat 12858127.1 and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council.
