Pursuant to section 342(1)(a) and Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1974, the Christchurch City Council declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice, to be stopped and held in a new Record of Title, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
